About New Tomorrow Law

Michael E. Bender, Founding Partner
As a founding partner of New Tomorrow Law, APC, my focus is on bringing as much value to the table to our clients as possible. I’m excited with building on New Tomorrow’s amazing client-centered culture and look for opportunities that will help our clients reach a better stage in life. When not providing guidance on how to handle case specifics, I’m volunteering with scouts and at my kids’ school, planning events and figuring out how to expand the services we offer our clients.
As for the fun stuff, I am your quintessential family man, spending weekends with my wife trying to wrangle in three boys who are involved in every extracurricular activity you can think of. When I catch a moment alone, you’ll find me chilling out to Jimmy Buffet. “Fins up!”

Allison F. Tilton, Founding Partner
As a founding partner of New Tomorrow Law, APC, I’ve got my eye on case progression and ensuring our clients reach their goals. I really try to promote a firm culture here at New Tomorrow that incentivizes passionate dedication to our clients’ experience – we don’t just handle case files, we handle people’s lives and take extreme care in that knowledge.
As for the fun stuff, I admittedly have an iced coffee addiction, and my biggest pet peeve is when people take phone calls on speakerphone in public. Can you blame me?
