30-Day Divorce FAQs

What is a 30-Day Divorce?

Our 30-Day Divorce service is a legal process that allows couples who have an agreement to end their marriage without a trial or hearing.

It requires both parties to agree on issues like property division, child custody, and spousal support.

Once an agreement is reached, the 30-Day Divorce process can begin where all legal documents are prepared and reviewed by an attorney. That attorney then reviews the documents, your agreement, and the process with you.

Specific filing instructions are provided to allow you to finalize your divorce with the court.

Our simple divorce services are suitable for cases where both parties agree to the divorce and have worked out the details of property division, child custody, and spousal support.

No, you do not need another lawyer to use our simple divorce services. We will provide you with attorney-reviewed documents that you can use to file for divorce in court. The attorneys at New Tomorrow Law, APC are there to provide you with legal guidance on finishing your divorce amicably.

The amount of time it takes to finalize your divorce depends on your specific county and how quickly the court processes your files. While our process will be completed within 30 days or less, in general, the entire process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to complete.

If you cannot agree on certain issues, such as child custody or property division, the 30-Day Divorce will not be suitable for you. If this is the case, New Tomorrow Law, APC recommends seeking the advice of an attorney to help you navigate the legal process.
